The Dragon Tamer
They say the only thing that restrains a dragon is silk from the cocoon of a moth! I dunno really, I just made that up  Reference for digitally painted figure from the beautiful  Cheated big time with the baby dragon from the excellent  All other elements my own or painted by me in Photoshop.
