Artist's Comments

Some years ago my daughter sent me a card with a line drawing of a horse in a river entitled ‘Riverdance’ I can’t find the card to see who made it. My apologies to the artist for pinching his or her idea.

I kid you not, I wish I hadn’t started it; it was so hard to get it to look how I see it in my head, not even for art am I going into a river with a horse to see what it really looks like :giggle:

The horse is name Alfred! From :iconabsurdus: Thank you :blowkiss: original [link]

I used a brush from :icongvalkyrie: thank you too

The rest cobbled together from stock ex or painted by me.

Thank you for looking and for all your messages of encouragement to just ignore the housework

I like the soft pastel and sandy colors you used in this, it really makes the horse fit in so much better and yet make him stand out. And I love the flowers in the water. Very beautiful collaberation
